Welcome to Marvessa. These terms govern your use of marvessaonline.info and related offerings. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Marvessa provides the following:
- Real estate transaction processing services, including document preparation, coordination, and closing assistance.
- Digital courses and guides on property procedures.
- Branded merchandise and printed materials.
2. Orders and Payment
All requests are subject to availability. You agree to pay all fees at the published rates. Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways. If a payment fails, we may suspend service until settlement.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Real Estate Transaction Processing Services
Clients may cancel service requests up to 7 days before the agreed start date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before will incur a 50% fee due to preparatory work and third-party coordination. After the service commences, fees are non-refundable, as we allocate dedicated resources and may incur third-party costs on your behalf.
Refunds are issued via the original payment channel within 14 days of approval. Clients may request to transfer a booking once, provided a 72-hour notice is given before the start date. Transfers are subject to schedule availability.
3.2 Digital Products
You may request a refund for digital courses and guides within 7 days of purchase, provided you have downloaded less than 30% of the content. To request, contact us through the contact form. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment channel within 10 days. No refunds are available after the 7-day period or if content usage exceeds the threshold, due to content access and licensing.
3.3 Physical Goods
Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be in original packaging and condition. You are responsible for return shipping. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued via the original payment channel within 14 days. For interactions platform, please indicate your preference in the return request.
4. Schedule Changes and Transfers
Requests to reschedule services must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date. Rescheduling is offered once per engagement, subject to availability. No rescheduling is allowed for in-person signings arranged with third parties.
5. Limitation of Liability
Marvessa's liability is limited to the fees paid. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party providers or governmental entities.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bern courts.
